Inversion Yoga Workshop
We rarely get the time to prepare and practice inversion yoga postures during a Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice. Handstand, Forearm stand and headstand take time to feel comfortable with and require a dedicated practice. Join me as we prepare the body to change perspective and take flight. We be going upside down with one leg, two legs and learning how to control the transitions.
It’s my aim to give you the tools to practice the postures safely, incorporate them into your home practice and learn to fall out of them without doing any harm. Expect fun flow full of unusual vinyasa yoga practices and lots of ‘hang time’ upside down. There will be lots of options for everyone to try in case you’re not quite ready to fly yet.
