Type of Event
Two hour lunch break: 12noon-2pm. Option to participate to one day or half day.
Discount for students and members of the Swiss Iyengar Yoga Association
Each day participants will be guided through a full range of poses following a safe and progressive approach. In the morning a more active class will cover standing, forward and/or back bending actions whilst in the afternoon recuperative sequences will be offered, for a balanced day practice.
