Stability and mobility: Stronger back, knees and shoulder-neck region. Mobility in the joints.

A 3-week course Mondays-Thursdays, 4 days/week.
Venue: Leipätehdas, Kaikukatu 4, Helsinki
Every week there will be a different focus. Standing asanas, forward bends and backbends. At the end of the sessions we will calm the nervous system with restorative asanas.
