Friday 16th August starts at 2.00pm, finishing Wednesday 21st August OR choose weekend option only.
5 hours of yoga daily - morning and afternoon sessions. Delicious food, awesome views.
Jan gives clear verbal instructions and hands on adjustment as needed. She teaches from what she observes each student needs. The techniques taught ensure your don't strain joint.
Poses can be modified for the beginnr or for the expereicned student.
The class sessions look at poses in more detail. Led classes to help consolidate what you have learnt. Pranayama and meditation each morning. Inversions, remedial or restorative class each afternoon.
