January Yoga Challenge
Start your year off right with the January Yoga Challenge! Shake off the winter blues with four weeks of yoga (two classes per week) and build strength, balance, and flexibility. Those who complete the session will receive a Krave goody bag.

Tuesday mornings from 6:00 - 6:45am and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 6:20pm for the month of January.
To participate in the January Yoga Challenge, commit to two yoga classes each week for one month. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this is a great way to start or refresh your practice!
Each week is themed and each class builds on the last.
Week One: Holiday De -Tox
Week Two: Hip Openers
Week Three: Core Strength
Week Four: Heart Openers
Classes are held Tuesday mornings from 6:00 - 6:45 am and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 6:20 pm.
