Our time together over this weekend includes 4 multi-level Hatha Yoga sessions that will be geared to the needs of your own uniqueness and 3 meditation sessions that are 't feel like you have to be is your retreat after all.
Friday evening is a gentle yoga class to effectively stretch and release any tension from the body to start the weekend off right. Following this session, we head to the Fireside Lounge to enjoy some delicious appetizers and get to know each other a little more.
Saturday morning begins with a meditation and followed with a energizing yoga class after which we will get to indulge in an amazing buffet breakfast.
Saturday afternoon is an optional cross country skiing or maybe you would prefer to go for a hike, a tour of picturesque a Jasper or pop in to some of the amazing little shops.
Saturday evening, we come together for a delicious meal and afterwards we meet in the yoga room for a gentle yoga and meditation a dip in the hot tub or a visit to a local pub may
Sunday morning is same as Saturday, a guided meditation and yoga practice after which we will enjoy another breakfast before we pack up and head on back home with full bellies and hearts.
