Morning Program: 06:00 - 06:30 Japa, Pranayama and Meditation. 06:30 � 08:30 Mysore style 08:30 � 10:00 Led Class � Step-By-Step: Moving towards Self-Practice The Mysore Style classes are for anybody familiar with the Ashtanga Yoga sequence. The led classes are for beginners or any students who want to take a slower more methodical approach to the practice. They will be suited for complete beginners as well as those with years of experience. Evening Program: Sunday, Monday Tuesday and Thursday: 16:00 � 18:00 These classes will be a combination of Yoga Philosophy and Methodology Yoga Sutra Study: We will explore the foundational philosophy of Yoga from Patanjali Yoga Sutras, and discuss how the practice of ashtanga yoga is rooted in this philosophy. Yoga & Ayurveda as a Powerful Healing Modality: We will explore the therapeutic aspects of the practice, addressing any injuries, and particular postures or life-style components that can help with healing and sustaining the practice of yoga for your whole life. Restorative Yoga � Pranayama & Meditation: Following a restorative yoga class, we will introduce students to the practice of pranayama and short periods of meditation or yoga nidra. Yoga Techniques: We will look more indepth at the correct alignment and energetic principles that accompany specific postures in the Ashtanga Yoga practice. Areas of interest may include: sun-salutations, back-bending, inversions, learning to jump-back & through, and safe principles of practice.

More About Jeff:
Jeff was raised in a family committed to spirituality and service. 1993 he volunteered in India with Mother Teresa using his training as a critical care paramedic to work with the Sisters of Charity.
His 16-year career as a paramedic reinforced his conviction to pursue a comprehensive, pro-active approach to physical, mental, and spiritual health. The need to find peace, in the midst of chaos, brought him to Ashtanga Yoga.
Jeff has a pragmatic approach to pursuing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga, and a deep confidence that the path of yoga can create personal health and balance.
More About Harmony:
Harmony�s search for spirituality, health, and balance brought her to Ashtanga Yoga after performing as a dancer for many years. She studied Sanskrit at University, and holds double degrees in Philosophy and Eastern Religious Studies.
In 2002, she traveled to China and began practicing Vipassana Meditation while studying at several Buddhist monasteries. These experiences encouraged her to pursue the path of Ashtanga Yoga in conjunction with a meditation practice.
Harmony has a strong interest in Ayurveda, and as a teacher her aim is to encourage and inspire students to discover the depth and wisdom that is embodied within.
