José María Vigar Workshops

The theme of the Saturday and Sunday workshop is Apana Vayu: The importance of being on the legs and on the core of the pelvis in our asana practice.

The workshop is suitable for anyone with at least 6 months of experience.

The Friday workshop is for teachers and experienced students: Pranayama Bandhas and it will include a theoretical explanation of the subject, a sequence of asanas to learn the physical actions of the bandhas and a sequence of pranayama to practice them.

In March 2015 José María Vigar returns to Yogawest to teach a workshop.

The theme of the Saturday and Sunday workshop is Apana Vayu: The importance of being on the legs and on the core of the pelvis in our asana practice.

The workshop is suitable for anyone with at least 6 months of experience.
