Type of Event
Whether we write anything down or not, most of us spin and weave stories to ourselves all day.
This workshop is created to help capture thoughts, experiences, feelings, or ideas and get them out of our heads and onto paper.
The simple action of writing can be anything from inspiring or clarifying to validating or healing.
No experience an open mind, paper & pen.
