Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga where movement is synchronized to the breath, in a smoothly way the poses run together and become like a dance. Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term; it can be decoded from its root words Nyasa denoting “to place” and vi denoting “in a special way”. Jessica Jacobi has been developing a unique Vinyasa Flow style influenced by her whole life of training different body movement’s methodologies. In a period of 6 days Jessica will guide you from the basics to a very dynamic flow suitable for absolute beginners and very advanced practitioners at the same time.
The daily programme is structured around a morning session of 90 min, and a late afternoon session of 120 min. In between there will be time for relaxing, visiting town, having a spa massage, going snorkeling on the reef and seeing some local Fijian culture. The programme may change slightly depending on group dynamics and the weather.
