June Summer Yoga Retreat in Northen Poland

5 glorious days of yoga, delicious food & stunning nature!

Nestled between two lakes and surrounded by unspoilt forest lays Żurawi Młyn, our welcoming home for the 5 day retreat.
Żurawi Młyn (translation ‘Crane’s Mill’) is a beautiful former mill that has been lovingly transformed into a small country house hotel.

Deposit payable of €200, refundable up to 6 weeks before retreat after that becomes non refundable.

Retreat Program

Check in on Monday will begin from 2pm onwards

Wednesday will be largely a free day with yoga in the morning and an optional group activity such as a kayaking trip or a picnic will be included in your package at no extra cost.

Onsite holistic therapies such as massage will be available to book throughout the retreat at additional cost. Approximately €15-20 for 30 mins.

Accommodation

There is a limited number of rooms at Zurawi Mlyn therefore the retreat price is based on shared bedrooms.

A number of rooms will be available for single occupancy which will incur an single supplement charge of €100

The retreat environment is one of community with a friendly group atmosphere so guests who are joining by themselves should not feel apprehensive.

There will also be ample opportunity for individual time, private walks, silence etc so those who are coming for self reflection will not be disappointed.

Getting to Zurawi Mlyn

The closest airport is Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport .

For those coming from Ireland & central Europe, Ryanair has very affordable flights which arrive most days of the week.

As Żurawi Młyn is in quite a remote location, approx 100km from Gdańsk Airport we recommend to use a Taxi service from the airport or city centre.

Upon request, we can arrange and book an affordable taxi pick up, Where possible we will try to group together arriving guests.

Gdańsk Airport is just 20 mins from the city centre with direct connections by train and bus. Therefore guests will find it very accessible to explore this historic city before or after the retreat. We can also assist you in finding accommodation and recommending places to visit.

Classes

Classes will be taught to suit all levels and physical abilities therefore no experience is needed in yoga or meditation for you to join the retreat.

Claire’s teaching style aims to make yoga attainable for everybody so whether you are completely new to yoga, have an existing injury or are a seasoned yogi you should find the retreat interesting, rewarding and hopefully take home some new perspectives with you.

Mats & props will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own should you wish.

We recommend you take part in all the classes & activities to maximise the benefits you will receive from the retreat. However attendance is not compulsory as this is your holiday time to spend as you wish.

Food

All Meals will be included and freshly prepared on site. Hot & cold beverages will also be available throughout the retreat. It is intended to serve vegetarian meals, guests with dietary needs or special requests, please let us know when booking.

Sample Menu

– Breakfast

Porridge made from a variety of oats, millets, bran etc. Variety of toppings available coconut,fresh fruit, nuts andseeds. Served along with nutritious smoothies including spirulina and other “superfoods”.

– Lunch

Chłodnik soup ( Polish summer cold soup made from young beetroots),
Warm vegetarian tart served with a chickpea-spinach salad

– Dinner

Tapas Style – bruschetta, vegetable balls and fritters, hummus, coleslaw,green salads and a glass of wine
