Beginners Workshop - Iyengar practitioners of minimum 12 months regular Iyengar classes
Friday 5 July - 18:00 to 20:30
£20
Weekend Workshop for Iyengar practitioners of minimum 18 months and able to hold Sirsasana with or without props
Saturday 6 July - 10- 13:00 and then 15:00 to 17:30
Sunday 7 July 09:30 -12:30 and then 14:30 to 17:00
Priority booking for Sat and Sun - £115 before 1 May/ £130 thereafter
Sat/Sun only - if space - £60/day
