You will breathe through your whole life and it is therefor the perfect tool to enhance so you can be the master of your posture and also limit levels of stress.
We will systematically go through respiration, no matter if your standing on your head on the yoga mat or sit in front of your computer in your office chair.
Through this new and deeper relation to our respiration, we create a control based on knowledge which will enhance your yoga practice and reward you with healthier life.
