MEET NEETU SINGH
Neetu Singh has been a Yoga teacher for over a decade; and is the Director and co-Founder of Total Yoga. Neetu underwent Yoga Teacher Training with Bharat Thakur in 2002. She then worked as a Yoga Teacher in Delhi for 5 years, teaching some of India’s most famous entertainers, business leaders and politicians including Sachin & Sara Pilot. She has also worked as a yoga teacher in Dubai, where she conducted Children’s Workshops and Corporate programs. Neetu has been featured on the cover of the magazine ‘Naturalli’ in Delhi, and has appeared in various TV interviews and yoga shows in India. In 2010, she co-founded ‘Total Yoga’ in Pune, India, which has opened locations in Singapore, Bangalore and Delhi since. Total Yoga has conducted workshops for companies such as Dell, Accenture and BT; as well as fun events for Nike Run Club, Yogi Treks, Yogi Brunch and other community-engaging events are at the core of the Yoga-inspired Living philosophy.

9.30 – 10.00 am (30 min) Theory of Chakras talk There are seven key points in the subtle body that are thought to be vortexes of energy, known as chakras. When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances that manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, lethargy, or poor digestion. A well-tuned asana practice can free up energy and stimulate an imbalanced chakra, paving the way for that wonderful internal shift for which yoga is known
