The 'Keys to Yantra Yoga' weekend in Canberra will commence on Friday 13th with a FREE introductory session 'opening the doors' to approach Yantra Yoga as an accessible and profoundly 'loveable' practice, especially using the key of Harmonious Breathing, a wonderfully inclusive method developed by senior Yantra Yoga teacher Fabio Andrico
Yantra Yoga’s unique series of positions and movements, combined with conscious breathing, can help coordinate and harmonise one’s personal energy so that the mind can relax and find its authentic balance.
This system of Yoga contains a wide range of movements that can be applied by everyone. It is a superb method for attaining optimal health and fitness, relaxation, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement.
Instructor Mathew Long has practiced Yantra Yoga since 1994 and in 2003 was authorised by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu to teach.
A joint venture between Shang Shung Institute Australia's public education program and local cultural organisation Aeon Art's Natural State Yoga program, Mathew presents an open, accessible and inclusive pathway of Yantra Yoga instruction.
