Kid's Yoga and Mindfulness - 6 sessions
Bring your children to the Somers Library for 45 minutes of yoga & mindfulness. Children will practice age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing, movement games and relaxation.
Great for kids from 4th grade through 8th grade! Don't forget a mat!

Free for Somers residents
This class will teach kids to slow down and increase their awareness both externally and internally, to use their breath to find their calm during times of challenge, to feel energetic and balanced through grounding, strengthening and balancing yoga poses, to have better awareness of their focus and to relax and restore both their body and mind.
