Kids Yoga Workshop
Yoga for Kids is a playful activity, physical but soft and free from competition. Through games and stories, some yoga postures are introduced to the child, who can explore them freely in a judgment free zone.
Type of Event
The goal will be for the child to get to know his own body better, get in touch with his breath and feel how both are connected, all that while playing and having fun with other kids of course!
Program of the afternoon: yoga postures adapted to kids, concentration/meditation exercises, and some Art too !

The workshop is for children between 8 and 11.
