Chanting in the evening relaxes both body and mind, come wash off the week's residue so you can fully embrace the coming weekend. Children (over the age of six) are welcome too — the program lasts about an hour.

Kirtan chanting is one of the main disciplines of Bhakti Yoga, and is a great way to give the mind a break and cleanse emotional tensions.
Welcome to you, intellectuals and overthinkers! Welcome to you who are exhausted — here you will find release, relief and renewal. There is a place inside of yourself which is peaceful, beyond the buffeting winds, and you can access it.
The experience of surrendering to the music and letting it carry us to that place is itself an adventure: one of wonder, tears, laughter and joy. Many doors are opened, and bliss lies on the other side.
