Knees and Hips - Processing our Emotions of Grief and Anger
This is a 2-hour Workshop to help you find opening and alignment in the hips and knees. We will identify any mis-alignments in the body, and begin to address them through appropriate poses. Hands-on assists will be provided, giving each student personal support and awareness of their own body.
Type of Event
This Workshop guides you through finding opening and movement in the hips, while we work to experience and feel the proper alignment. The workshop incorporates meditation, our practice and hands-on assists to help you find your opening! Recommended for both beginners and those with Yoga experience. All props and materials will be provided.
