Full Description

Laugh the Mind Away

This is a Powerful and Mind-Blowing Workshop, in which you will practice Laughter Exercises, Laughter through Chakras, Laughter Breathing Techniques, Laughter Mantras, Laughter Tantra, Laughter Meditation, Gibberish and a complete Relaxation. You will learn how to laugh at the ridiculousness of your own Mind, without conditions, get a great work-out and have Tons of fun.
This workshop offers a safe space to laugh, play, and to use your own creative side, awakening the Inner Child. It is a very deep work that takes each individual through a journey inside to release past emotions and to experience a state of No-Mind to be able to meditate and relax completely.
When we are small and are having fun, laughing loudly, being silly and crazy, we are often told off by adults that it is not good to do and that people will not take us seriously and we will not appear as intelligent as we are. So we listen to these comments or rules and accept them and slowly they become a part of our Self-Image. As we grow up we have responsibilities, we have many serious roles to play and so we become rigid and too Serious. Of course there are situations where it is not appropriate to have fun or laugh; however what happens is that even in situations we could have fun, we just don't know how to do it anymore as we have just adopted a habit of Being Serious.
In this workshop you Laugh for absolutely no reason. You start looking at the things from a funny side and with a great sense of humor. You loose fear and become strong, self-confident and can move forward with a smile and Inner calmness. The problems don’t seem to be so dramatic and life becomes lighter and brighter. The Inner chatterbox becomes Quiet to be Present in this moment, Now.
This Workshop completes itself with Calmness, Loving, Singing, Dancing, Celebrating, Full of Gratitude and a very Heart-Opening Experience. Nothing is more relaxing than being able to be Simply Yourself.

About the Teacher:

Satguru
The True Master Within
The Sanskrit word SAT GURU is a very beautiful and powerful term pregnant with meanings and illumination by itself. The original word Satguru literally means True Master, which can also be interpreted as Teacher of Truth.
In this Workshop, we work on Awareness itself. The Awareness which is the essence of who we truly are. On the first day we begin with working on the legs, abdominal area and the lower back, unblocking and opening them. Gradually moving upwards to the solar plexus and the heart center. On the second day we continue working on opening the heart center and relaxing the entire respiratory system and the thoracic region. Moving and raising our Awareness softly through the forehead center activating the Pineal gland also known as the third-eye and Pituitary gland known as the seat of the Consciousness bringing us to that Awareness of the Silent Cosmic Consciousness that we always are beyond the life dream that we live. Awakening into that True Master Within.

Ananda Das – Professor of Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan), Internationally certified by Kundalini Research Institute. He travels around the world and conducts workshops on Kundalini Yoga the "Yoga of Awareness." His workshops are very heart opening and creating a deep inner peace and self-awareness. He comes from a family of Indian spiritual traditions. He has been practicing Vipassana meditation and Diksha over the years, allowing him to bring a deep calmness, joy and spontaneity in his teachings. Being a gifted spiritual teacher he transmits his knowledge and wisdom directly by means of vibrations, using "less words and more direct experience”.
Presently Ananda Das lives in Spain, where he is successfully engaged in teaching.
This is a five hours Workshop with a half an hour Tea break.

Rise in Love
The Sanskrit word SAT PREM literally means True Love, the love that throbs in the heart of our being unconditionally. When we know our true identity as Unconditional Love, we begin to love ourselves, and out of the overflow of loving and accepting ourselves, we love and accept others unconditionally too. In fact when we love ourselves, we love all beings and non-beings at the same time because we are one with everything.
In this Workshop, we open our awareness on the love of the heart, developing the ability to give and receive love regardless of the actions of others. The emotional pains of our past determines the extent to which our hearts are open and so we focus on strengthening the heart and the respiratory system relaxing our entire thoracic region. Also working energetically in the opening and healing of our heart center, the seat of compassion, love and wisdom, in releasing clogged emotions and strengthening our electromagnetic field. Using a dynamic blend of breathings, movements, meditations and mantras, the powerful tools of Kundalini Yoga to open our hearts to our full human potential. Realizing and experiencing the immense power of love by not falling in it but Rising in it. This Workshop completes with a calm, loving and singing celebration full of gratitude and heart opening.
