It’s recommended that you’ve been to at least 3 Kundalini yoga classes before joining this workshop.
Type of Event
Experience your own subtle energies through the lens of another. Meditate with a partner and practice listening and communication from a place of balance.
We’ll do a series of short exercises with focused breathing, light meditation and a gong healing.
