Learn the basics of Kundalini Yoga for four Wednesdays this August from 6:30-7:30 pm.

Kundalini Yoga is a scientific practice that progressively strengthens the nervous and glandular systems to develop intuition, intelligence, healing, and spiritual insight. The 4-class series will bring you to a deeper understanding of the basic techniques used in class or in your personal practice.

The four-class online series dates are:
August 5 – Tuning In and the Breath of Fire
August 12 –Body Locks, Mudras and Eye Focus
August 19 – Kriyas, Angles, and Triangles
August 26 – Meditation and its Effects

The 101 class is helpful for first-time students as well as more experienced students who want to learn the fundamental basics of Kundalini Yoga.

The online yoga series is open to all levels, no previous yoga experience is needed. All you need is a laptop or mobile device for zoom, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.

The energy exchange is P300 per class or P1,000 for all four classes. As soon as your payment is completed, you’ll automatically receive the details and link to the Zoom session via email.
