Kundalini Yoga - An Introduction and Deepening of Practice
Kundalini Yoga - Body, Mind & Spirit: How the application of kriyas, pranayama, mantra and meditation can lead to spiritual awareness by freeing the kundalini energy and drawing it upward through the seven chakras. The tutorial will include some breath work, mantra and a meditation.

The workshop runs from 10.30 to 12.00. It is preceded by a separate class at 9am. All welcome.
