Kundalini Yoga and Meditation workshop

We will explore the different aspects of the mind - positive, negative and neutral - and how we can manage and master the flow of the mind in order to create the types of thinking and emotions that are going to produce happiness and vitality, and helps us experience love and compassion for ourselves and others around us.

The mind is structured in a certain way and gaining a basic understanding of its workings is imperative to cultivate the qualities we most desire.
Through yoga postures, breath work and meditation we can change how we operate.

Yoga helps you keep your body healthy and beautiful and even glowing, it helps you relax and calm your mind - it is a great way to generate energy in the body.
This stuff works, and it works fast, in fact you can spend as little as a few minutes a day practising and you can get powerful fantastic benefits and results.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, it doesn’t matter if you’re flexible or not, it doesn’t matter what your spiritual inclination is - this science is literally thousands of years old and uses your body, your breath and mind to help you better enjoy your life.
