Kundalini Yoga and Spa Day (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hammam)
1.5 hours of Kundalini Yoga and 1 hour relaxation and detox in Jacuzzi, Sauna and Hammam.

Includes 1.5 hour class with Lynn Roulo and 1 hour use of Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hammam. Please bring your own bathing suit, towel and slippers.
This 1.5 hour kundalini yoga class is appropriate for all levels (experienced yogis to absolute beginners). The class offers an introduction to kundalini yoga including warm up exercises, a kriya (yoga set) to strengthen our core and open our hearts, a deep relaxation and two short closing meditations. The exercises can be modified for all experience levels so this is a great class everyone--including people who think they can’t do yoga. This class will be taught in English by Lynn Roulo.
Kundalini yoga focuses on energy management and strengthening the nervous system to handle raising the internal human energy (“kundalini”). This form of yoga places a large emphasis on the breath and is more meditative than many other forms of yoga. There are many physical, mental, and spiritual benefits from the practice of kundalini yoga. Just some of the benefits of this practice include strengthening the nervous and immune systems, increasing circulation, decreasing stress, elevating your mood, and an increased sense of peace and calm.
After class, enjoy a relaxing and detoxifying hour in our warm, eucalpytus-scented Sauna, Hammam and Jacuzzi. (Please bring a bathing suit, towel and slippers.)
