Escape with Lauren, for a yoga weekend comprising two invigorating vinyasa flow practices that will get your shakti moving, an early morning silent walk and two gentler and contemplative asana practices including yin postures, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra and relaxation that will leave you feeling deeply rested and nourished, ready to transition smoothly into autumn.
There will also be time between classes and meals to rest, read a book or go walking in the beautiful surrounds.
