Laughter Yoga Club
Laughter Yoga is a unique experience that incorporates simulated laughter, yogic breathing techniques, and child-like playfulness in order to create positive changes in the body.
Laughing on purpose in a group can help increase mood, improve cardio health, relieve stress, and help create new friendships!
You don't need a mat or anything fancy for this practice just yourself, but bring a friend if you like! However it is recommended to bring water to stay hydrated. See you there!
