Laughter Yoga leader training and certification for English Speakers

Become part of the global movement to spread laughter for peace, joy and good health!

This training will provide you with the confidence to lead laughter yoga sessions, start a laughter club, present laughter yoga to various groups while spending the entire weekend laughing, playing, bonding and meditating with a fabulous group of people.

Please join us in this fun-filled, life-changing weekend at Michi’s cozy home studio. We have a limit of 15 participants per training, in order to ensure the connection between them, a safe and intimate learning atmosphere, and everyone’s active involvement in the training.

During the course of two days, you will:
♥ learn how to lead a laughter session for social clubs, corporate organizations, seniors and children.
♥ acquire the basic facilitation skills of how to lead a group of people through laughter session and meditation.
♥ learn the history, concept, philosophy and different steps of Laughter Yoga and meditation.
♥ develop communication skills and experience the joy of connecting with others through laughter, and…
