Join Helen Fong for this beginner level yoga breathing exercises with laughter session that balances the different energies in your body (chakras).
Health benefits include stress relief and improved functioning of your immune system. You'll leave feeling relaxed and happy. 
Helen is an experience Certified Laughter Leader who first discovered laughter yoga in 2009 at a yoga conference from her guru, Satpal Sodhi.
Helen has a very successful monthly laughter yoga club at the Keshen Goodman Library in Halifax. It is one of their most popular adult wellness programs in a long time at the library.
She has been interviewed by television, print and radio media about her laughter yoga approach and spreads laughter to many groups all over this fine city and beyond. 

Location: Be Well Spa, Robie Street, Halifax.
Cost: $77 for 8-weeks Laughter Yoga Program (eTransfer, PayPal, Cash or Cheque) and $10 drop-in option (Cash or Cheque only)
