Laughter Yoga workshop with Julia Gusman

Most people know that happiness and laughter are connected. But did you know that you can not only laugh when you are happy but that you can also become happy when you laugh regularly?

Fake it til you make it and get rewarded with minutes of relaxing laughter together with your fellow laughter yogis. Laughing is a simple tool to make the world a better place; starting with making yourself and the ones around you a little happier.

Full Description

During class we do a sequence of laughter exercises to get you into the mood of joy and playfulness, which will eventually lead to a hearty laughter meditation.

Laughter yoga is for everyone, no yoga experience is required. The benefits are various - you will feel:

- Rejuvenated

- Healthy

All whilst laughing yourself into happiness! :-)

Physical benefits are stimulation of the immune system, oxygen flows throughout your body and muscle workout (especially for your tummy!). Enjoy the opportunity to be silly and playful in a group of likeminded people. Laughter yoga is a social and communicative activity, which makes you feel peaceful and connected with yourself and others.

Price: $15 with pre-booking through our booking form or $20 at the door.

Time: 10.30am - 11.30am (after Anton"s Morning Yoga class) Please Book in before coming! We have limited spots available!
