In this workshop you will learn the basics techniques of meditation including the use of breath, mantras, eye gaze, mudras; the effects of meditation, sadhana and choosing a personal meditation for practice.

Studies have shown the benefits of meditation in reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, increasing focus, minimizing age-related memory loss, fighting addictions and depression.

This workshop is for those yogis and non-yogis, who want to learn how to cultivate clarity of mind, mental awareness and the ability to be present, steady and calm.

Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl. Early bird rate is P800 until June 8, 2019 and regular rate is P950. Walk-in rate is P1,000.
