LET’S JUMP – A CLOSER LOOK AT VINYASA レッツ・ジャンプ：ヴィンヤサをもっとよく理解する

We will start by reviewing the basic elements of the Ashtanga yoga practice: Breathing, bandhas, and drishti, and how to integrate them into the poses in the vinyasa system. We will then apply these principles to the standing poses, discussing the correct vinyasa and alignment as taught by Guruji Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R Sharath Jois, and how to avoid common misunderstandings.
The second part of the workshop will focus on jumping back and jumping through, and how to integrate these movements with the vinyasa for a smooth and efficient practice.
There will also be time to answer questions or discuss specific poses or other aspects of the practice as requested by students.
