Join Yoga with Erin for a weekend of grounding, letting go, turning inwards and celebrating the balance that comes with the Autumn Equinox.
As Summer turns to Autumn we are offered this time and space to shed the layers of our being which are no longer serving us or others. This is a time where reflextion, introspection and balance begins. We begin to transition from fruitfulness to harvest, planting seeds of joy, kindness and compassion back into yourself and your yoga practice.
This weekend will be a gorgeous weekend of wellness, with vinyasa flow yoga to build heat within and burn away any 'stuff' you've been carrying which you want to let go of, yin yoga to ground, journalling to reflect, vegetarian and vegan food to nourish from the inside, and the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful massage. I'm so passionate about the concept of "Hygge", the wonderful Danish word which describes a sense of cosiness, homeliness and comfort, so my wish is to give you all that in a weekend. To walk away feeling refreshed, balanced and ready for Autumn. We also have the most wonderful caterer for the weekend, she is a complete vegan/gluten free food wizard, so get excited for that ;)
All bedrooms are twin beds with their own ensuite.

Here's a proposed timetable:
FRIDAY:
- arrive around 4:30pm, greeted with tea and snacks
- 6-7:30pm: Vinyasa yoga class
- 7:30pm: Delicious plant based dinner
- optional evening meditation
SATURDAY:
- 8am teas, fruit, nuts
- 8:30-10am: Dynamic flow
- 10am: Brunch
- Free time to book a massage, have a wander around beautiful Norfolk, or stay around for a reflection journalling workshop at 2pm
- 4:30-6:30pm: nourishing yin yoga
- 7pm: More delicious plant based goodness (so, dinner!)
SUNDAY:
- 8am teas, fruit, nuts
- 8:30-10am: Vinyasa flow class
- 10am: Brunch
- 11:30: Restoring yoga
- 12:30pm: Home time!
