LET IT GO! A Winter Reflection and Release Workshop

The short, cold days of winter brings us to a time of reflection, stillness, and clarity. Often the demands of life distract us from this need for nurturing, reflecting, and releasing what is no longer serving our body, mind, and soul during this honest season.

A WINTER REFLECTION AND RELEASE YIN & NIDRA Workshop

WHEN: Saturday JAN. 31st 2:00-4:00pm

INVESTMENT: $25.00 in advance ($30 DAY OF)

The short, cold days of winter brings us to a time of reflection, stillness, and clarity. Often the demands of life distract us from this need for nurturing, reflecting, and releasing what is no longer serving our body, mind, and soul during this honest season.

In this special Winter Workshop, we will focus on the Kidney/Bladder Meridian pathway…the energetic reservoirs of the body that allows us to transform what is holding us back into clarity and wisdom.

During the first half, we will focus on a Yin Yoga practice, attending to the deep, stuck recesses in the structure of your body by holding poses for 3-5 minutes, specifically activating the Kidney/Meridian pathway.

After Yin, lie back, supported, while you are guided through Yoga Nidra—or “deep yogic sleep”—meditation. Yoga Nidra operates solely on the levels of listening and feeling, as your body relaxes through several layers of consciousness.

This workshop intends to bring you a profound sense of rejuvenation, as you continue to Let Go of what is no longer serving your body, mind, and soul, and to enhance your clarity and wisdom.
