In this particular retreat, we will be teaching the basics of meditation. We will help you understand its importance for your quality of life and how you may implement it into your daily routine. Each day, we will introduce a different style so that you may formulate your own Meditation practice that will be most beneficial to you.

Other events of the week include:
• Each day will begin with yoga led by Tunjung, a certified yoga instructor or a guest instructor. Most days, Yoga will be practiced. This is a gentle therapeutic yoga for all levels, body types and physical conditions.
• An introduction of Meditation and Chakra and how it can help you to heal yourself will be share by Tunjung
• A 7 Chakra Meditation, Observing and Awareness meditation, Compassion meditation,Dance Meditation, a Silent Day and other forms will be introduced. Meditation is essential in today’s stressful existence but you will find that it can be very simple yet impactful. We will take the mystery and complexity out of daily meditation.
• The Ubud retreat will include a Herb Walk and our retreat by the ocean will include a Jewelry Making class.
• You will be treated to a full body treatment at a local spa.
• We will guide you on a spiritual tour to a local tapakan (Balinese chancellor, healer and medium) or visit a water temple for purification.
• You will experience a khirtan (musical worship) or sound healing and full moon ceremony.
