Join Katalin (Kati) Gyorgy for an intro to Yoga Detox and learn how simple lifestyle changes can be just the medicine you need. Katalin has been a yoga practitioner and RYT for a combined 20 years, massage therapist and Plant-Based Chef.
Kati will take you through a 1.5 hour slow, introspective detox yoga flow that restores mind, body, and spirit. You will be stimulating the digestive, immune and lymph systems, and focusing on deep, healthful breathing. Right after practice, students will replenish with samples of freshly made detox green juice and healthy vegan snacks. Kati will talk about the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle and the easy steps to take towards making this transition. With her expansive knowledge of nutritious cooking, Kati will share recipes, offer tips, and help you make a plan that best suits your lifestyle. Not ready to make that change yet? That’s ok!
