We’ll explore how each of us can nurture FLOW as a constant state. We will look at our habits and reactions of body and brain. Let our emotions & spirit inform us. Use our minds to direct instead of distract.
Type of Event
Saturday 9am-1pm and 5-7pm with 2 non-contact hours assignment in between.
We tend to move through our days getting tasks done, finding distraction, and meeting obligations. Then adding to that agenda with our fitness, health, mental, & wellness goals. Always one more how to fit it all in? We’ll step out of this quandary. What would it be like to live in a state of flow?
We’ll build awareness of our conditioning and tendencies, to more fully engage in the present.
