FRIDAY, APRIL 1
9:00 Welcome to the Weekend
Against the inspirational backdrop of Mohonk Mountain House,
we will discuss what the weekend will include, and enjoy a time
to welcome back old friends and meet new friends.
SATURDAY, APRIL 2
7:30 Flow and Restore Yoga with Nina Triolo
Join us for a gentle flow of yoga postures which link together
a series of movements synchronized with the breath.
10:00 The Bottom of Your Own To-Do List
Do you often find yourself at the bottom of your own to-do list,
somewhere underneath cleaning the oven? Does everyone and
everything else seem to trump your physical and emotional
needs, leaving you feeling exhausted, resentful, and alone?
And when you do take time for yourself, do you struggle with
feelings of guilt or selfishness? We will learn not only how but
why we need to be at the forefront of our own to-do list all
throughout the day and evening, as a way of life. Let’s follow
the stepping stones to living the life we love.
4:30 There is No ”One Size Fits All”
Your “go for a run” might be my “read for an hour.” What do
you value? What lifts your spirit? What gives you inspiration
and what makes you feel good not only physically, but
emotionally? We will learn the importance of focusing on
doing little things, all throughout the day and evening, to
comfort and soothe ourselves, always moving us closer to
the life we love living. We will close with a guided, healing
meditation designed to relieve long-held accumulated stress.

You cannot give away what you do not possess. You can’t
loan your friend money when you yourself are bankrupt.
It’s hard to care for others when we’re not really caring
for ourselves. The more we love ourselves, the more we are
able to love others. The more we heal, not only physically
but mentally and emotionally, the more of a healing force we
can be for those we love and for the world. Call in “well.”
Give yourself the gift that keeps on giving: the art of extreme self care
