If there is a healthy habit that you want to pursue in the New Year, come and join us for yoga, journaling exercises, affirmations and more. Live Your Yoga will meet over 4 Sunday afternoons from 3-4:30pm so that you have an entire month to give yourself the time it takes to establish a new healthier way of living.
If your past efforts to change have not been successful, try focusing on Loving your Body and finding ways to be compassionate and good to yourself so that you can live the healthy life you seek. Let go of criticism, self loathing, and comparing yourself to everyone else and BE GOOD TO YOURSELF. No one else can do this work for you, but you can join us in this workshop to find support and new strategies for success. Finally change your mind about what it is you deserve. Decide that YOU can come first. Nothing is more important than your good health.
