Sophie & Boris are organizing an inspiring retreat of 7 days at the beautiful country house La Borde Blanque in the south of France. By practicing yoga, meditation and mindfulness we will nourish the body and discover a deeper sense of gratitude, peace and happiness.

We are Sophie and Boris and for us yoga is a wonderful way of life. Every summer we organize our Living Yoga Retreats to share this experience with you. Sophie will be teaching energetic vinyasa yoga classes and will take you on a spiritual journey with daily meditation and mindfulness practices. We will look deeply within ourselves to find inner peace and true happiness. Join us for this great experience!
This year we are going to the South of France near Carcassonne. We will stay at La Borde Blanque, an authentic French country house, which is situated on the top of a hill with a magnificent view. It has a private lakeside beach on the beautiful Lac de Montbel. Being at the feet of the Pyrenees, you are surrounded by the peace and serenity of the French countryside.

We have a maximum of 12 places for each retreat.
Prices include: your stay at La Borde Blanque, three great vegetarian meals a day and all classes. Prices exclude: flight and travel costs.
During the retreat you will stay in one of the beautiful bedrooms on the first floor of the house. You will share a double room, with a bathroom en suite, or in the hall. We have a spacious living room with an open fireplace and a library. The meals are served on the covered terrace. The garden surrounding the house has big shady trees and a wide lawn which leads to the lake. The water in the lake is clean and pure and delightful to swim in.
The morning begins with an energetic vinyasa yoga class for a fresh start of the day. During the day there is plenty of time to relax, enjoy the sunshine, go swimming, hiking or just take a nap. In the late afternoon we have a special workshop and in the evening we will enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by our private cook. The day ends with a short meditation just before going to bed for a good night’s sleep.
