Ayurveda dates back over 5,000 years and is considered to be the most ancient medical system in the world. It is a source of profound knowledge for promoting and maintaining good health, curing disease and increasing longevity.

The ancient science of Ayurveda is a veritable treasure trove for the alleviation of the distress caused by modern lifestyle diseases like severe digestive problems, joint problems, etc. Stress seems to increase the risk of lifestyle diseases. Combined with a regular yoga practice, Ayurveda shows promising results in the prevention and relief of the symptoms of these metabolic remove the word disorders disorders.
