We want to welcome any of you to this mindful, transitioning and knowledge gaining experience. Whether you want to teach or deepen your personal Yoga experience, we will be holding a comfortable and gentle space for you to explore.

Greetings, We would like to welcome all of you to our first 200 hour RTY Yoga Teacher Training housed in our comfortable and mindful studio setting. Please refer to our website for more details on this upcoming self exploring and transforming experience.
There is an early bird price set at $2200 if paid in by December 5th. There is also a payment plan option. More details are at our website
We want to welcome any of you to this mindful, transitioning and knowledge gaining experience. Wether you want to teach or deepen your personal Yoga experience, we will be holding a comfortable and gentle space for you to explore.
We will kick start our training with a restful retreat up in our beautiful Ogden Valley.
Entering space the evening of Friday, February 5th with Opening Shamanic Ceremony with local Shaman Gina Myrberg, Tea and Meditation.
Saturday will be filled with Yoga, Meditation and talks on fasting and nutrition and quite time. (All Food, juice and elixers will be provided throughout Retreat).
Sunday we will exit space at 12:30 pm after Yoga, Juicing, setting intention and quite time.
Our training will resume Monday the 8th in our studio space. Monday's and Thursdays will be Yoga from 6:15 - 7:30 pm following class time until 10:00 pm.
Saturday's will be Yoga from 9:45 - 11:00, break for lunch in our Lotus Lounge or bring your own snack and class from 12:00 - 4:30 pm
Sunday's will be Yoga from 8:00 - 9:00 am and class from 9:00 - 12:00 pm.
There will be a weekend break on March 12th and 13th. :)
We will be focusing on Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga as our main areas of Yoga study, but you will have an opportunity to experience other styles throughout training with guest instructors.
