Love in Action: Prajna, the wisdom that whispers

Wisdom comes when we relax.
We will therefore utilise the tools of yin yoga, restorative yoga, mindfulness of the body and pranayama in order to encourage bidirectional communication between the brain and the body. We will then be left able to access this whispering Prajna/Wisdom that is innate inside us all.

In the third of the ‘Love in Action’ series we will gather as community to explore the secret to accessing Prajna. Prajna or ‘Wisdom’ is a state that is within each and everyone of us but yet due to our busy and demanding lifestyle is rarely revealed. When we operate from a state of Wisdom we can live life with fulfilment, peace, happiness and the ability to see the world clearly and respond appropriately.
