A heartfelt experiential 3-hour workshop suitable for all abilities and experience
Existing in our human form allows us the ability to be conscious of ‘this very life’, to exist and experience our humanness in all its joys and woes. In this workshop we will investigate and practice techniques to unravel conditioning patterns of the mind (samskaras) to focus on the more challenging aspect of our existence, namely ‘forgiveness’. Forgiveness to ourselves as well as forgiveness to others - possibly the most difficult thing one can ask of a person but yet wonderful when we succeed. The benefits of which are letting go of stress/tension in the body, greater freedom and greater peace within our heart.
