Love Lead Empower Teach - Women's Fall Program
A unique, women's only 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training that exceeds Yoga Alliance standards. This program is ideal for those who are looking to deepen their practice or step into the role of a teacher. You will learn to teach to all body types and feel confident in modifying poses to suit all needs.

The Love, Lead, Empower, Teach program is one of a kind. This Vinyasa, or Flow, training uses a holistic approach, to teach the ancient art form of spiritual flow alongside the yoga of today. This program is designed exclusively for women and is therefore led solely by women. You will be graciously welcomed into a sacred sorority of like-minded ladies who are all walking the path towards modern day enlightenment.
We only accept 8 women in each program. A small group ensures that each woman receives the attention, direction and feedback she needs to flourish.
This program has a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology. In addition to body mechanics we will explore energetic anatomy alongside the history, philosophy and practical aspects of yoga. Not only will you learn what it means to live your yoga but, you will be catapulted in the direction of your dreams.
Through dedicated practice and self-inquiry, you will undergo physical, mental and spiritual transformation as you unearth your hidden talents and begin to expand upon new found skills. You will discover and develop your voice as an individual and work on becoming the best, most authentic version of your Self.
We stand for individuality, self-love and acceptance and it is our goal to produce confident teachers and shepherds of light.
Our syllabus is unprecedented; We discuss unique avenues of thought that aren’t currently offered in other trainings. This guarantees that our graduates leave with a wealth of knowledge and a unique background.
Techniques, Training and Practice:
Review of Asana and Pranayama;
Vinyasa Krama: creative sequencing;
Practicing Shatkriya and radical self-care;
Developing an Asana & Meditation practice;
Harnessing the mind with the power of Mantra.
The Business of Yoga;
Priorities and Boundaries;
Demonstrating, correcting and assisting Asana;
Modifying Asana for differently abled bodies (injuries, stiffness, curvy bodies, etc.);
Language and voice;
Anatomy and Physiology:
Basic anatomy of musculoskeletal, glandular and neurological systems;
Anatomy of breath and relationship of diaphragms;
Energetic anatomy and the subtle body: nadis, chakras, koshas, etc.
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics:
Study of traditional yogic texts including the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita;
Lifestyle choices: observing Yamas & Niyamas;
Maintaining healthy student - teacher relationship;
Program begins October 14, 2016 and graduation is held February 26, 2017. Gatherings take place on alternating weekends: Friday evenings from 6:00pm – 9:30pm, Saturdays from 9:00am – 6:30pm and Sundays 9:00am - 4:00pm.
