Full Description

We will start the morning with an uplifting yoga session working on poses which we struggle with, we have to find truthfulness and honesty within to know what poses you like to avoid. we will go through some of the harder postures in our standing sequence, looking at them in details to give us tips of how to work on them at home. Once we are warmed up and have challenged what we find hard we will start to open our hearts and find love within, in non yogic language this means we will then move to establishing a stronger back bend practice that will open the front of our body.

This session will finish with a lovely Anahata Yoga Nidra meditation to give you everything you need and set you up for Valentine’s weekend.

Learn that it’s not a relationship we need (although it’s okay if you are in one) but what we need is to find happiness within ourselves and respects our bodies.

Explore these themes and learn tips for deeper back bends this month.
