We discuss the 5 basic principles of Hatha Yoga (proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking), and focus our attention on direct experience through Asana practice (yoga postures). In English, with simultaneous translation in Italian. Beginners welcome!

Hatha Yoga is more than a physical practice for proper health. In the beginning however, most people practice hatha yoga for it's obvious benefits on body and mind. In that perspective, there are 5 principles that one can observe: proper exercise - proper breathing - proper relaxation - proper diet - positive thinking.
In these recurrent sessions, we address these 5 principles by focusing our attention mostly on the direct experience of their benefits through Asana practice (yoga postures).
As Swami Sivananda says: "An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of theory".
The workshop is in English, with simultaneous translation in Italian. No former experience in yoga is necessary. One does not have to be flexible to join. Absolute beginners are very welcome!
