Held in the famous Lake Como region, this retreat week will focus on re-balancing Body & Mind through Stress Reducing Activities, High-End Wellness Therapies and Gourmet Vegan Cuisine. This program is specifically designed for those who wish to take an active step in improving their health and learning more about Yoga, Nutrition and Kaya’s “Holistic Lifestyle”.

The week will be filled with daily Yoga classes enabling you to get a deeper understanding of breath, movement and alignment. Furthermore the program will be based on TiSana’s famous Healtheatarian philosophy and Kaya’s “Holistic Lifestyle”.
To be a Healtheatarian and live a Holistic Lifesyle, means being aware of your body and mind, being able to feed them appropriately and to provide everything they need to make the most of their physiological abilities. It is a far-sighted and responsible choice that adds years to your life and life to your years. The objective is to understand how to optimize energy and use it to heal our bodies and our minds, while at the same time deeply connecting with nature and cultivating inner silence.

During this unique week you will be provided with ultra healthy vegan meals to cleanse and detoxify, while satisfying your taste buds in a whole new way.

You will also be submitted to a full Body Composition and Stress Test at the beginning of the week. The program is supplemented with lectures about “The Holistic Lifestyle” and a choice of rejuvenating and invigorating activities and treatments.
