Julie has recently returned from 2 months of advanced teacher training in the Himalayas and is excited about sharing aspects of this enlightening time with you!
We'll cover: interactive group discussion and questions, Asanas (yoga poses) from an Indian perspective, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Chanting, Yoga Philosophy, and how to live a Sattvic yoga lifestyle.
This is an opportunity to enjoy the knowledge and insight Julie gained at the Kailash Yoga School under the instruction of Yogi Sivadas, one of India’s respected Yoga masters.
