The Founder of Magic Laughter, Smitha Naidu is a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher. She has received her training from the pioneer and Laughter Yoga Guru, Dr. Madan Kataria. Smitha has worked over 10 years in the corporate world before embarking upon this journey to promote laughter.

Let's meet at the exercise park area on Hamdeok Beach (near the running track) for a special guest-led Laughter Yoga Workshop.
If you arrive early, there will be a vinyasa class 6-7pm.

Laughter yoga is a unique exercise routine, which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Laughter is stimulated as a physical exercise while maintaining eye contact with others in the group and promoting childlike playfulness. Science has proved that the body cannot differentiate between simulated and real laughter. Laughter yoga is the only technique that allows adults to achieve sustained hearty laughter without involving cognitive thought. It bypasses that intellectual system that normally acts as brake on natural laughter. Laughter yoga can improve physical health, release negative thoughts and emotions and helps to get in touch with spiritual nature.
